iST offers comprehensive PHY Conformance testing services, covering both PCI-E (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express) and Ethernet domains. Clients only need to provide a semi-finished board and interface information to proceed with testing and verification. This service helps ensure that hardware or system-level products meet specific standards, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with regulations. Additionally, iST provides debugging services for failure diagnosis and troubleshooting to guarantee smooth product operation. We provide the following services:

一、 PCIe 5.0/6.0 Pre-Compliance Testing (Tx/Rx/100M Clock)

This service tests the transmission performance of PCIe 5.0 and 6.0 to ensure compliance with predefined timing and signal integrity requirements, covering both PCIe electrical characteristics and protocol testing.
