As you near the end of your university journey, are you eager to uncover the vital skills required for an engineering career in industry? And do you wonder if your personality aligns with the demands of engineering career?
iST remains committed to nurturing talent and extends another invitation to junior and senior students from the Department of Physics and Department of Advanced Materials at Tamkang University to visit our laboratory. Through hands-on experiences, we aim to provide students with a deeper understanding of the professional skills and daily routines of semiconductor engineers.
We visited the “Failure Analysis Laboratory” and the “Reliability Verification Laboratory,” where we not only immersed ourselves in the engineers’ working environment but also observed closely how the engineers maintained their cooperation and synergy. Moreover, we had the privilege of inviting senior alumni from the Department of Physics at Tamkang University to share their career experiences and discuss the challenges and rewards of their work. This provided invaluable guidance for the junior students present, offering practical insights into their future paths.
During the captivating presentations, students not only eagerly raised their hands to ask questions but also diligently transcribed valuable notes word by word. Even during the final Q&A session, they enthusiastically extended the activity beyond the allotted time, demonstrating their keen curiosity and confidence in their future career development.
We hope that this visit will bring rich learning experiences to the students of Tamkang University, helping them to advance further on their future paths.
