【Academic Visit】Half-Day visit to iST by students from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology

Is it possible to pursue this type of work in the future even without any practical experience operating machines?

This was a question raised by graduate students from the Master’s program at National Yunlin University of Science and Technology during their visit to iST today. Taking this opportunity, iST had the chance to introduce to the students how we solve various problems encountered in electronic products through various verification and testing methods in our daily work.

iST invited experts from the IC assembly laboratory to provide detailed explanations of the IC assembly process and professional knowledge to the students. As the students actively took notes and eagerly asked questions, the lively classroom atmosphere energized the lecturers and made the explanations more enthusiastic!

iST also led the students into the laboratory, allowing them to experience the differences between academia and the industry, as well as understand various equipment and their practical applications in the industry.

After a half-day experience of iST, we believe that the students will have a clearer imagination of their future career directions and we looks forward to contributing to the future industry talents through cooperation between the industry and academia.
