(iST, TWSE: 3289), a leading provider of semiconductor verification and analysis services, today announced its consolidated revenue for August 2026 reached approximately NT$371 million. Due to the timing of revenue recognition for certain projects and base effects, monthly revenue declined from the previous period. Nevertheless, overall demand for AI-related verification services continued to maintain steady momentum.
Observations from the recent SEMICON Taiwan exhibition indicate that AI continues to drive the semiconductor industry toward advanced processes, advanced packaging, high-speed transmission, and optoelectronic integration. With technologies such as silicon photonics and CPO also drawing significant attention, both the breadth and complexity of verification and analysis demands continue to rise.
As AI chips increasingly adopt advanced packaging and high-speed transmission technologies, demand for integrated verification services spanning wafers, packaging, materials, electrical characterization, and optoelectronics continues to grow. Meanwhile, the “capacity spillover” effect resulting from the expansion of advanced packaging capacity remains evident, with engineering samples, R&D prototyping, and low-volume verification projects increasingly seeking support from external service providers.
