Hsinchu, Taiwan, August 10, 2026 — Integrated Service Technology Inc. (iST, TWSE: 3289), a leading provider of semiconductor verification and analysis services, today announced its consolidated revenue for July 2026 reached NT$ 400 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 6.14% and a year-over-year decrease of 3.62%. iST stated that the revenue performance was primarily impacted by base-period adjustments resulting from the accounting reclassification of its affiliate, ProPowertek, which has been recognized using the equity method rather than consolidated revenue since mid-March. Additionally, the decrease coincides with a transition period between clients’ legacy and new projects. Certain high-end AI validation projects, characterized by stringent testing conditions and longer verification cycles, led to a deferred revenue recognition schedule, as revenue is recognized only upon project completion. Still, monthly revenue has comfortably held above NT$400 million for two straight months, showing that our core business is on solid ground.
iST emphasized that as these new AI projects sequentially complete verification and meet the criteria for revenue recognition, the corresponding revenues will be realized in subsequent months. The company’s current backlog of verification orders for advanced processes and high-end AI applications remains at a healthy level. As short-term project completion schedules fall into place, operations are expected to regain growth momentum and demonstrate the solid contributions brought by these high-value projects.
