iST Reports April 2026 Revenue of NT$371 Million

Issued Date: 2026/5/8
Issued By: iST

Hsinchu, Taiwan, May 8, 2026 — Integrated Service Technology Inc. (iST, TWSE: 3289), a leading provider of electronic product verification and analysis services, today announced its consolidated revenue for April 2026 reached approximately NT$ 371 million. Impacted by the baseline adjustment where its subsidiary, ProPowertek, has been fully transitioned to an associate accounted for using the equity method as of March 17, and its revenues are no longer consolidated into iST’s financial statements starting from April—single-month revenue showed a decline year-on-year (YoY). However, benefited by the recovery in demand for AI chip verification and advanced process projects, single-month revenue achieved MoM growth. This proves that the company’s order volume in core verification and analysis, particularly in high-end technological fields, has effectively mitigated the revenue gap caused by the deconsolidation.

Looking ahead, operational momentum is heavily driven by the robust project demand for AI computing chips, Silicon Photonics (SiPh), and 2nm advanced processes. Following the successful conclusion of the global Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society (EDFAS) FA Workshop co-organized by iST in April, iST has reached consensus with several global semiconductor giants to further deepen subsequent collaborations. Addressing the extremely complex verification demands arising from generative AI, iST’s one-stop platform has positioned itself as the preferred partner for international tech giants during critical product development stages.
