(iST; TWSE: 3289), a leading provider of verification and analysis services for the electronics industry, today announced its consolidated revenue for March 2026, totaling approximately NT$ 350 million. This represents a 4.92% increase compared to the previous month. Despite fluctuations in accounting figures due to equity adjustments of a subsidiary, iST’s parent company and core business units remain solid.
iST stated that in alignment with the equity diversification plan for its subsidiary, Prosperity Power Technology Inc. (ProPowertek), in preparation for its future entry into the capital market, ProPowertek successfully completed its cash capital increase and secured strategic investors on March 17. Consequently, the company’s shareholding in ProPowertek has been adjusted from 74.58% to approximately 36.83%.
From an accounting perspective, starting March 17, ProPowertek has transitioned from a “consolidated subsidiary” to an “associate accounted for using the equity method.” iST emphasized that although the March consolidated financial report only includes approximately half a month of ProPowertek’s revenue, the overall consolidated revenue remains at a healthy level, bolstered by a continuous surge in verification and analysis orders from its core business. This adjustment allows both iST and ProPowertek to focus on their respective core operations, ultimately yielding positive benefits for shareholder equity.
