Looking ahead to 2025, iST will continue to strengthen its core technologies and customer services, focusing on market trends and introducing five key solutions. These include automotive electronics verification, space environmental testing, AI high-speed verification, advanced processes and packaging, and iST’s smart reliability center. These efforts aim to help customers shorten product development cycles, enhance product quality, and seize opportunities in emerging technological waves.

In the field of automotive electronics verification, iST highlights the rapid growth of the global automotive semiconductor market, which is projected to exceed USD 88 billion by 2027, with a compound annual growth rate of 12%. To support customers in accelerating the launch of automotive electronic products, iST has not only become a member of the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) but also obtained the IATF 16949 quality management system certification. These initiatives enable iST to provide verification services encompassing durability and reliability, significantly improving the safety and stability of automotive products.

In terms of space environmental testing, with Asian countries such as Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam actively investing in low Earth orbit satellite development, iST established Asia’s most comprehensive space environmental testing laboratory in Q4 of 2024. This facility offers ground-to-space testing solutions, including vibration, shock, radiation, and thermal vacuum tests, ensuring the high reliability of satellites and aerospace components in extreme environments. Leveraging its technical advantages, iST aims to assist clients in gaining a foothold in the emerging space market and accelerating the growth of Asia’s space industry.

In the realm of AI high-speed verification, iST focuses on high-frequency signal testing and simulation design evaluations, helping AI products achieve certification and shorten their time-to-market to meet the growing demands for AI computing performance. Additionally, in advanced processes and packaging, iST will prioritize the development of solutions such as CPO (co-packaged optics), TGV (through-glass vias), TSV (through-silicon vias), and 2.5D/3D packaging to ensure the stability and reliability of high-performance computing and optoelectronic products.

iST also plans to launch a smart reliability center by mid-2025. This center will integrate hardware, software, and modular solutions to provide smart monitoring, real-time responses, and globally connected testing services. It will flexibly adjust testing conditions based on the voltage and current requirements of different products, enabling customers to quickly adapt to market changes and ensure the reliability of their products in global markets.

These five high-margin solutions will be the core drivers of iST’s operational growth in 2025. iST will not only deepen its footprint in critical markets such as AI, electric vehicles, space, and semiconductors but also solidify its leading position through technological innovation. By optimizing its profit structure, iST aims to enhance revenue and profitability, ensuring robust growth and strengthening its competitive edge in the high-tech industry.
