Hsinchu, Taiwan – Integrated Service Technology Inc. (iST, TWSE: 3289), a leading IC analysis and verification lab of electronic industry, announced its revenue report for December 2024 today (January 8). The consolidated revenue for December reached approximately NT$372 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 0.36% but a year-over-year increase of 14.60%. Cumulative revenue from January to December totaled NT$4.346 billion, marking an impressive year-over-year growth of 14.00% and setting a new historical record. The growth was driven by strong demand in AI, advanced packaging, advanced processes, and automotive electronics.

Throughout 2024, iST continued to solidify its technological edge while actively venturing into emerging markets. The rapid development of AI, high-performance computing, and automotive electronics fueled growth in failure analysis (FA), reliability assurance (RA), and material analysis (MA) services. In addition to advancing its core technologies, iST strengthened its global brand presence, attracting collaborations and orders from major domestic and international companies.

This month, iST officially launched its APT (Atom Probe Tomography) Sample Preparation Service. This breakthrough technology offers a novel solution for semiconductor material analysis, particularly targeting cutting-edge processes such as A14 (14 Ångström), overcoming challenges in analyzing heterogeneous material integration and 3D component structures.

As semiconductor device dimensions shrink to the nanometer and angstrom scales, traditional transmission electron microscopy (TEM) faces limitations in spatial resolution and concentration detection. APT, on the other hand, transcends the optical diffraction limit, delivering sub-nanometer spatial resolution, precise 3D atomic-scale reconstruction, and 10 ppm-level compositional analysis. This makes APT a powerful tool for addressing challenges in semiconductor R&D and yield control.

Looking ahead to 2025, iST will focus on high-growth fields such as AI, high-performance computing, automotive electronics, space environmental testing, advanced packaging, and advanced processes. By fostering technological innovation and international collaboration, iST aims to create value for its clients and drive steady business growth.
