iST November 2023 Revenue Report

iST (TWSE:3289), an IC analysis and verification lab of electronic industry, today (December 08, 2023) announced its net revenues on a consolidated basis, revenues for November 2023 were approximately NT$294 million, reflecting a decrease of 3.84% MoM and a decrease of 8.23 % YoY respectively. The cumulative revenue from January to November reached NT$3.487 billion, with a YoY growth of 2.28%.

iST pointed that its subsidiary, Prosperity Power Technology Inc. (ProPowertek), has achieved good results in the quality management of automotive products this month. VDA 6.3 is the quality standard and guideline for automotive products developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). If products or services are to be supplied to the German automotive industry or VDA members (not limited to Germany, common members include BMW, Audi, BOSCH, and around six hundred others), they must comply with various VDA standards.

In addition to obtaining VDA 6.3 certification from European automotive Tier 1 customers, ProPowertek had previously passed VDA 6.3 certification from U.S. automotive IDM customers. As ProPowertek recently completed a merger with iST’s another subsidiary, Innovative Turnkey Solution Corporation (ITS), in accordance with provisions of Article 18 of the” Business mergers and acquisitions act”, the benefits are expected to extend to ITS’s customers as well, realizing synergies and enhancing competitiveness.
