iST (TWSE:3289), an IC analysis and verification lab of electronic industry, today (November 10, 2023) announced its net revenues on a consolidated basis, revenues for October 2023 were approximately NT$306 million, reflecting an increase of 0.18% MoM and a decrease of 6.82% YoY respectively. The cumulative revenue from January to October reached NT$3.193 billion, with a YoY growth of 3.37%.
iST said, in a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen competitiveness through effective resource integration, iST optimized resource allocation under coordinated management, technology, talent, and resource sharing. As part of this initiative, Prosperity Power Technology Inc. (ProPowertek) and Innovative Turnkey Solution Corporation (ITS), the two subsidiaries listed in the iSTgroup’s consolidated statement with 81% and 61% shareholding, will be merged in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the ” Business mergers and acquisitions act” with ProPowertek as the surviving company. The merger is expected to streamline group operational resources, simplify investment structures, reduce management and operational costs, and enhance overall competitiveness.
