iST(TWSE:3289) today (September 10, 2018) announced its net revenues on a consolidated basis, the revenues of August 2018 were approximately NTD$271 million. The consolidated revenue increased 6.37 % MoM and increased 19.66 % YoY.
iST said, the MOSFET wafer backend process service it newly launched has assisted several customers in conducting small mass production of BGBM wafer thinning this month with increasing production yield rate.
