Integrated Service Technology (iST) has once again won the CommonWealth Sustainable Citizen Award (5th place, Little Giant Category) and the CommonWealth Talent Sustainability Award in 2026, marking its best performance to date.
Putting people first, iST offers an NT$30,000 travel subsidy, up to NT$60,000 in maternity subsidies, 10-week maternity leave, and fully paid sick leave. These initiatives have driven overall employee retention to 91% and top-performer retention to 95.4%. In addition, women account for nearly 40% of management roles, and iST strictly enforces a “Zero-Placement-Fee Policy” for foreign staff, achieving a 34.4% promotion rate for top foreign talent.
Beyond internal care, iST invested NT$15 million in youth testing and analysis subsidies, empowering over 400 young talents. Through operational carbon reduction and its core verification services, iST collaborates with supply chain partners to uphold sustainable standards and shared prosperity.
