iST(TWSE:3289) today held a meeting of the Board of Directors, which passed the following resolutions:

Approved a NT$2 per share cash dividend for 2019, and set September 21, 2020 as the record date for common stock shareholders entitled to participate in this cash dividend distribution, and the ex-dividend date for the common shares shall be September 15, 2020. As required by Article 165 of Taiwan’s Company Law, the shareholders’ register shall be closed for five days prior to the record date (September 17 through September 21, 2020) for registration transfer, and the dividend will be paid on October 15, 2020.

Approved the H1 2020 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated revenue totaled NT$1.502 billion and net income was NT$145 million, with diluted earnings per share of NT$1.55.
In addition, subject to the resolution of AGM (annual general meeting) of iST’s shareholders in June 2020, which passed the amendments of Articles of Incorporation to authorize iST’s Board of Directors in distributing cash dividends on a quarterly basis, thus, the Board of Directors today approved a NT$1.5 per share cash dividend for Q1 and Q2 2020, and the dividend will be paid by the end of Q1 2021.

That is, all shareholders of iST common shares will receive a NT$2 per share cash dividend in September 2020, and a NT$1.5 cash dividend per share by the end of the first quarter of 2021.

iST said, on account of iST’s large customer base and leading technological capabilities, iST is optimistic at its future operation and profitability.
