Regarding the lawsuit filed by Phoenix Silicon International Corporation (“PSI”) on Sep 10, 2019, alleging that Integrated Service Technology (“iST”) infringed upon the R.O.C. Invention patent no. I588880 (“880 Patent”), and seeking NT $100 million in compensation.Intellectual Property Court (“IPC”) today (Jun 23, 2020) threw out the Lawsuit.
iST sincerely appreciates the result of the trial by law, and emphasizes that this result proves iST never infringes upon the rights and interests of others. iST also would like to further announce that iST will not tolerate any market manipulation of anyone else by arbitrary accusation.
There is no significant impact on the finance and business of iST, and relevant operations are carried out normally.
