Integrated Service Technology (iST) recently participated in ISTFA 2026 (International Symposium for Testing and Failure Analysis), connecting semiconductor professionals and industry experts from around the world to exchange insights on emerging technologies, applications, and industry trends.
As advanced processes packaging, AI, and high-performance computing (HPC) continue to evolve, increasingly complex device structures and materials are creating new challenges across product development, engineering validation, and failure analysis. This year’s ISTFA brought together a strong industry turnout, with iST’s booth attracting a steady stream of visitors throughout the event.
In addition to showcasing its comprehensive capabilities in Failure Analysis (FA), Materials Analysis (MA), and Reliability Assurance (RA), iST also introduced its latest Test Interface Solutions. The new products offerings attracted strong interest and sparked in-depth discussions on product specifications, practical applications, and engineering requirements. These conversations also opened up further possibilities for technical applications and future collaboration.
For iST, ISTFA is also an important platform for engaging directly with global industry partners and gaining first-hand insight into evolving customer needs. Face-to-face discussions offered deeper insight of the practical challenges customers encounter in the development and validation of next-generation semiconductor products.
With more than 30 years of experience serving the electronics industry, iST continues to expand its capabilities in validation, analysis, and test interface technologies. By combining practical experience with ongoing international industry engagemen, iST will remain committed to strengthening its technical expertise through international industry engagement and hands-on experience, delivering comprehensive validation and analysis services and solutions to help customers address the challenges of the evolving semiconductor industry.
