Communication with stakeholders

iST values the issues that the stakeholders concern about. In addition to total customer services, iST provides multiple communication channels and information exposure medias to maintain good communication and interaction with stakeholders for improvement of operation performance and enhancement of social responsibility fulfilment. The ESG Committee of the Company regularly identifies stakeholders, collects and examines stakeholder concerns and ESG performance, and the relevant performance was reported to the Board of Directors on 15 December 2023.
