HSINCHU, Taiwan, January 9, 2026 – Integrated Service Technology Inc. (iST; TWSE: 3289) today announced its consolidated revenue for December 2025 at NT$ 437 million, up 17.53% YoY and 9.01% MoM, marking the second-highest monthly level in company history. Total 2025 consolidated revenue reached NT$4.843 billion, a 11.44% YoY increase, hitting a new record high.
Reflecting on 2025, iST’s performance remained robust, driven by strong AI verification demand, showcasing high operational resilience. Looking toward 2026, growth will be fueled by three core pillars: 2nm processes, AI, and Silicon Photonics.
First, in the realm of advanced processes, as the foundry leader’s 2nm process officially entered mass production in 2025, iST has proactively deployed an advanced ALD material selection and verification platform tailored for the sub-2nm generation. Through precise verification and analysis, iST assists customers in rapidly characterizing the electrical properties and reliability of new materials during high-complexity process transitions, effectively mitigating risks during the initial phases of implementation.
Secondly, the global AI ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) trend continues to gain momentum. iST plays a pivotal role in verification and analysis during both the early-stage chip design and pre-mass production phases. Currently, iST has secured numerous ASIC verification projects from domestic and international clients, establishing these services as a key pillar for subsequent revenue growth.
Finally, as the “New Ten Infrastructure Projects” for AI incorporate Silicon Photonics as a core component, iST has successfully secured its position within the CPO ecosystem. The verification demand is expected to surge in 2026, serving as a pivotal growth engine for iST’s future operations.
