Hsinchu, Taiwan – November 10, 2025 – Integrated Service Technology Inc. (iST, TWSE:3289), a leading provider of semiconductor verification and analysis services, today announced consolidated revenue for October 2025 of NT$393 million, representing a YoY increase of 8.64% and a MoM decrease of 14.09%. Cumulative consolidated revenue for the first ten months of 2025 reached NT$4.005 billion, up 11.22% from the same period last year, reflecting sustained and steady growth in business performance.
In addition to achieving solid financial performance, iST officially launched its sub-2 nm ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) novel material selection and validation service, extending its expertise beyond semiconductor verification into the chemical material domain — encompassing material screening, deposition process evaluation, and quality confirmation. This new service positions iST not only as a chip verification partner but also as a key accelerator for material suppliers’ innovation in the sub-2 nm era.
The major foundries and IDM companies have entered mass production at the 2 nm and 18 Å nodes in the second half of this year, adopting advanced 3D transistor structures. This shift has driven a rapid increase in demand for ALD equipment and novel materials. One of the key challenges lies in achieving uniform film coverage within complex 3D architectures. Traditional CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) methods face limitations: PVD struggles to reach deep internal regions, while CVD often leads to film nonuniformity due to rapid gas-phase reactions.
In contrast, ALD’s atom layer–by–layer deposition allows precise control over film thickness and produces films with exceptional uniformity and conformality, making it an indispensable process technology for advanced nodes below 2 nm. However, ALD’s slow deposition rate, complex parameters, and stringent reaction conditions make new material qualification a technical challenge. iST’s enhanced ALD novel material validation platform enables developers to conduct deposition experiments during R&D, rapidly evaluate thin-film quality and uniformity, and shorten development cycles.
Currently, ALD is widely applied in semiconductor manufacturing for the production of high-k dielectric films and advanced transistor architectures such as GAA (Gate-All-Around) and CFET (Complementary FET). Additionally, using ALD to form a protective coating on test samples for TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy) analysis to prevent damage has been a standard practice. However, iST’s ALD capability extends far beyond these conventional applications. By integrating the complete workflow — from material selection → deposition process → film characterization → process validation — iST supports chemical material suppliers, chip manufacturers, and equipment providers in verifying and optimizing novel materials, delivering a comprehensive “materials-to-chips” analytical and validation solution across the semiconductor supply chain.
iST emphasized that breakthroughs in semiconductor technology will come not only from process scaling but also from the integration of novel materials. Through its ALD novel material validation platform, iST aims to assist the global supply chain in accelerating the definition of next-generation standards and become a driving force for the sub-2 nm era.
As the semiconductor industry moves into the new materials era, iST will continue expanding along its dual-track growth strategy of “chip verification + novel material validation”, delivering differentiated solutions to customers while fueling new growth momentum for its future operations.
