iST Reports May 2025 Revenue of NT$385 Million

Issued Date: 2025/6/10
Issued By: iST

Hsinchu, Taiwan, June 10, 2025 — Integrated Service Technology Inc. (iST, TWSE:3289), a leading provider of electronic product verification services, today announced its consolidated revenue for May 2025 reached approximately NT$385 million, representing a 0.26%  decrease compared to the previous month, and a year-over-year increase of 11.54% from May 2024.

Since the official launch of iST’s “AI High-Speed Signal Validation Solution” in October 2024, the service has garnered significant interest from major players in AI server, AI PC ODM, and brand segments. As AI model training, data center expansion, and high-performance computing (HPC) continue to evolve rapidly, demand for high-speed interface verification is surging—positioning iST’s high-speed signal testing services as a key industry enabler.

To stay ahead of customer needs, iST has proactively developed the PCIe Gen6 OCP NIC 3.0 test fixture in Q1 2025 with a strategic partner and has officially entered mass production in Q2. The fixture meets PCI-SIG’s impedance and loss control requirements, ensuring signal performance can be accurately reproduced during test. iST will continue to expand its offering by developing additional fixtures for EDSFF 1C/2C, M.2, and other interfaces.

Tony Wang, Director of iST’s Signal Integrity Business Unit noted, “We’ve already received PCIe Gen6 validation requests for OCP NIC 3.0. By getting ahead of the curve and developing non-standard test fixtures, we’re helping clients rapidly verify design expectations while jointly evaluating advanced needs such as Re-Timer configurations or enhanced PCB material specifications.”

In 2024, iST proactively invested in test solution development capable of validating PCIe 6.0 and Ethernet 400/800G performance. In early 2025, iST deepened collaboration with a strategic partner for co-developing test fixtures, aiming to secure product design quality while reducing customer development risk. Looking ahead, iST is also assessing 1.6T Ethernet test specifications to further support the next generation of network speed demands, Tony Wang further said.

Overall, the AI High-Speed Signal Validation Solution has not only captured the attention of top-tier AI manufacturers but also injected innovation into the AI, data center, and high-speed connectivity sectors through advanced technology and early market deployment. iST anticipates this momentum will continue to drive business growth in the coming quarters.
