Regarding the press release by Phoenix Silicon International Corporation (“Psi”) on Sep. 17, alleging that Integrated Service Technology (“ iST”) has infringed its patent rights, iST has not received any notice or pleadings from the Intellectual Property Court so far.
iST’s consistent policy is to respect and uphold intellectual property rights. iST also continuously invest a lot of manpower and resources in independent research and development of related technologies. It is a pity that instead of competing in the market with its techniques, Psi files the lawsuit of patent infringement as means of interference.

iST will do everything possible to protect its legitimate rights and intellectual properties independently researched & developed by itself. iST has commissioned lawyers and relevant experts to conduct preliminary research and will respond after hearing the official notice from the court, defending any and all rights of iST to the last.
As of press time, there is no significant impact on the financial and business of iST, and relevant operations are carried out normally.
