Change Notice of transferring “iST Taiwan” service items to “DEKRA iST”

On our 20th anniversary, iST today announces that Integrated Service Technology Inc. ( hereinafter referred to as iST Taiwan) will build a joint venture, DEKRA iST Reliability Services Inc., (hereinafter referred to as DEKRA iST Taiwan) with DEKRA, a world’s famous certification authority. This joint venture could help to strengthen both parties’ capabilities of verification and certification.

Notice of the following relevant issues will take effect on July 1, 2015:

  1. DEKRA iST Taiwan’s basic information
    • No alteration of drilling crew, staff, relevant sales.
    • Please revise the address from “No.19 Puding Rd., Hsinchu” to “No.22 Puding Rd., Hsinchu”.
    • Please revise the corresponding window mail from “@istgroup.com” to “@dekra-ist.com”.
    • Please revise the VAT number from “89845410” to “53492406”.
    • Please revise the telephone number from “+886-3-579-9909” to “+886-3-579-5766”.
    • Please revise the fax number from “+886-3-563-4868” to “+886-3-579-5756”.
  2. Illustration of transference service and vendor Code
    ”LED”, “PCB”, “PCBA”, “System product” of Reliability verification in the iST
    • Taiwan are transferred to DEKRA IST Taiwan. For these items above, please additionally add the Vendor Code as DEKRA iST Reliability Services Inc.
    • Please keep iST Taiwan vendor code for the remaining items.
