封装组装完整性测试(Package Assembly Integrity Tests)，是汽车电子可靠性验证的一项重要测试，根据汽车电子委员会(AEC)规范，测项包括Wire Bond Shear(WBS)、Wire Bond Pull(WBP)、Solderability(SD)、Physical Dimensions(PD)、Solder Ball Shear(SBS)、Lead Integrity(LI)。若想进入车电供应链，在车电芯片封装阶段就须完成上述验证。
